I was very close to leaving Miway because of high premiums but when cancelling the Retention Analyst Mammuso Ndabezitha convinced me to saty.
She revised my premium beating the lower amount I had just been offered by Dial Direct and also told me that if I had complained that my premiums were getting too high they would have looked into them.
She was very helpful, clear and understanding.
Was more impressed with the assistance she gave me after I had decided to stay though.
I avoided the call centre and emailed her directly and everytime she responded quickly and attended to my request.
Just wanted to say THANK YOU beacuse it's good to know that the good customer service I received wasn't just so I could reverse my decision to leave Miway.
