Claim 2445339. Another 14 days have past since the last complaint on hellopeter and guess what still nothing!!!
they call within 48 hours and say they will have it sorted out in two days yet nothing has happened. I call 2-3 times a day and they say its with a manager, you ask to speak to that manager and they always busy. they say the manager will call back yet once again nothing!!! the claim was lodge at the beginning of September and its now November. absa are to useless to settle it. their staff are incompetent and managers nowhere to be found. I take it i will get another call from their compliance officer stating it will be sorted in 2 days again and will have to wait again and again and again. Every time i call its 20-30 min on the phone, i guess i will have to fit the bill for useless and pathetic absa.
