My call was transferred to Nicola at the Client Retention dept of Dial Direct.
As have always been my experience with Dial Direct she was friendly, able to understand my query and able to communicate in a very clear and audible manner, a skill that is lacking greatly at call centres throughout South Africa. If I was her employer, I would make very sure to hang on to her!
