POOR CLIENT SERVICE FROM MFC

On the 1 Sept 2013 my debit order was reversed for my vehicle due to no funds, I received an SMS from MFC and made an EFT transfer on the 03 September 2013 and mailed it to MFC and to Reassa. On the 01 October MFC made a double debit order, which meant they deducted the 01 September and 01 October instalment. I totally agree with the 01 October debit order but not for 01 September as I made an EFT. We are on the 10 October the payment done on the 03 September is still not reflecting on my account that I made the payment. I phoned them to inform them of the double debit order they said it will take 10 days to reverse, I spoke to some male who said I will have the monies reversed. Guess what still nothing, I phoned them again this morning and guess what the payment of the 03 Sept still does not reflect on my account, but I have to wait for the money that was incorrectly debit from my account. I left a message for the supervisor to call me, guess what no phone call. I will never use MFC for any finances again. Its a disgrace that people are supervisors but cannot manage their sections. Oh by the way my name will reflect badly because I was in arrears due to MFC up...
