Who authorize Regent to debit my account???

I have learned with surprise that a company called Regent was deducting for quite some time the amount of R136.11 without me knowing.
I have called Regent and the person was useless. i have requested the address of Regent and this is what I got -Edenvale, elmapark 146 boing. I have mentioned to the client service that if the manager or CEO does call me in the next half an hour, I will proceed reporting them and claim the monies debited.
I wonder how this is possible.
