Standard Bank is holding me responsible and liable for payment of almost half a million rands because of internal transactions which they refuse to investigate since 4 August 2013. To date, every attempt to get Standard Bank's assistance with all money withdrawn from my account, statements drawn, cheques returned etc etc has been totally in vain. Standard Bank continues to charge me large sums of money iro interest charged, returned debit orders, has inconvenienced me as this has affected my life in a big way and has totally disregarded my plea for assistance to have these transactions invesitgated and resolved saying that I'm reliable for the huge debit in my account. According to Standard Bank, a Prestige client could be at risk of because of their status with the bank. To date, the bank has done nothing whatsoever to investigate and resolve this major problem which has impacted my life in a very negative way!
