I have an account with RCS and have been paying this account regularly. I requested a credit report today only to find that RCS says that my last payment made was in 2011. What happened to the monies I have been paying up till now (2013). I was then informed that my account was handed over to Easton Berry in 2008 and I have never received a call from Easton Berry regarding this account despite the fact that my contact details have not changed in the past 10 years.
