Extreme bias treatment from Quicsure

I was involved in an accident with a quicksure client (I'm not the client) He skipped a red light and drove into me. I was referred to Louwrens Coetzer & Associated who represents Quicksure. They said they will contact us with any developments. After a week I phone and spoke to Mr Bryan. He said he will phone me back but didn't. I phoned again and asked to speak to Mr Coetzer. He said he will phone me back but didn't. I phoned again and asked for Mr Coetzer. It was Clear he never read through the file because he asked me what happened. He asked if there were witnesses and I said no. He said that if there were no witnesses they are not going to pay out. He then phoned the other driver confirming there were no witnesses. He phoned me back confirming the other driver said there were no witnesses and their policy is that they don't make an offer if the were no witnesses, no further investigation will take place, if there is no witness they don't investigate, they don't care if their client might be responsible. It seems that any Quicksure client can be the cause of an accident without being liable. I have been trying to get hold of Mr Coetzer for 5 days to try and solve the matter with no luck
