Would like to compliment Lemmy for the efficient service he provided me. I called in to add an extra vehicle on my policy, which he did by also offering me a very good premium. Lemmy however went the extra mile by updating my policy and also reviewing my premium which he managed to reduce. I therefore rate him 9.5 out of 10 for his efficiency and for going the extra mile.
