I was so stupid enough to beleive a consultnat from Sure Finance who promised me that I will
definetly get a loan through them. She told me about the R 290.00 fee of which I told her I don't
like paying before I get the loan. I told her they could deduct the fee after I got the loan. My accout was debit on the 25th before I even had a feedback on my loan. She said that their turnaroud time was 48 hrs, days passed and no one got back to me regarding my application. I called an a lady named Zizipho promised to "investigate" not even an hour after speaking to her she sent me an sms saying my application was declined. Strange thing is that when I called her the first thing she asked for was my cell number. I sent her
the complaint letter though their complaints section of which she read but didn't bother to respond.
Don't use Sure Finance no matter what, they are! I want my money back, can't charge me for a service
that didn't take place.
