Efficient, caring, friendly, went the extra mile

I would like to personally compliment Daron Theunis on his excellent customer service.

I logged a claim with Auto and general late on a Sunday evening over the weekend, and Daron Theunis was appointed my claim manager.

He was amazing! He contacted me first thing on Monday morning. He was professional, friendly, efficient and sympathetic over the phone, and had all my details logged in no time. Where there were discrepancies or delays with me finding out the exact details of missing items, he was patient, (yet persistent) and phoned me back multiple times in the next day or two to ask for the missing info. He even went to far as to research the cost of some items himself.

He explained every step of the process to me, explained the details and whether there would be consequences for my premiums and excesses in the future (there won't be) and genuinely seemed to take an interest and wish me well.

My experience with Auto&Gen was an absolute dream and I can't believe everything is settled by mid-week (and the delays were my fault). I cannot commend Daron's friendly attitude and efficiency enough.
