NO FEEDBACK SINCE 28 DECEMBER 2012!?!?!?!?!?!?

REFERENCE: 308150, 308468, 343057 - I WANTED TO CLAIM FOR THE MATERNITY BENEFIT. AFTER GIVING THEM MY POLICY NR AND THE BENEFIT THAT I WANT TO CLAIM FOR THEY JUST SAID TO ME THAT I NEED SOME FORMS TO BE FILLED OUT. 1 OF THEM IS BY MY HOUSE DOCTOR (COST R250.00) AND 1 BY GYNIE (COST R280.00). AFTER PROVIDING THEM WITH EVERYTHING THEY REQUESTED THEY DECLINED MY CLAIM BECAUSE I'M NOT ON POLICY FOR MORE THAN 12MONTHS. I THEN CXD MY POLICY (28.12.2012) AND I REQUESTED THE UNDERWRITING RECORDING BECAUSE WHEN THE LADY DID UNDERWRITING WITH ME I ASKED HER IF I WOULD QUALIFY FOR THE BENEFIT IF A FALL PREGNANT SOON AND SHE STILL SAID YES. AND IF THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT WERE COMPETENT ENOUGH THEY WOULD HAVE EXPLAINED TO ME THAT I CAN'T CLAIM DUE 2 THE ABOVE REASONS BUT INSTEAD I WAISTED R530.00 ON CONSULTING FEES FOR R1000.00 CLAIM THEY DECLINED! NOW THEY PASS THE BUCKET - NO ONE CAN GIVE ME THE RECORDINGS? I'M STILL WAITING FOR CHEREEN ABLES 2 PHONE ME BACK WITH THE RECORDING AND REASON WHY NO ONE GOT BACK 2 ME REGARDING SAME? I REQUESTED REFUND ON ALL MY PREMIUMS AND CONSULTING FEES I HAD 2 PAY DUE TO CLAIMS DEPARTMENTS STUPIDITY! MY NEXT STEP IS 2 CONSULT WITH OMBUDSMAN.
