I Asked for assistance from legal wise as 3rd party was giving a run around after my accident. Email was sent to [URL Removed] Email sent to Mr Masango, failure to assist. Emailed customer service to report the matter, [Email Removed] no feedback. Left massage to call for manager in customer service (Samkelo Mokhine), nothing. Emailed cancelation letter for policy on the 19 July 2013, [Email Removed] And they still have not cancelled their debit order, and you took my money again today.
