I paid off my credit card and asked that, the account must be closed in December -2010... In june 2012 I got a call that, ABSA would like to deliver a new credit card for me, as the one i had was about to expire...??? I was supprised because according to me, I requested that i must be closed in 2010...
They eventually closed it in July 2012... And now, Last week I found out that "Absa still has my credit card account with them" OPENED ON ITC... And it is "showing, inconsistant payments; which is to my detriement"...
Why can`t ABSA hire people who can actually work??? I don`t see how, an account which has had no activity for the past 2 and half years... Be said to be "OPENED AND OWING"!!!
