After been canvassed by Discovery insure (because im a discovery health client and discovery credit card), i told the cold caller he could give me a quote for short term insurance. Gave him all my details, took me hours, even emailed him my existing policy so that he could compare and then merely give me a lesser quote - never heard a word back. Emailed to complain, got a call from a female supervisor who apologized profusely and said id have my quote that day - this was 2 months ago!!! 2 weeks ago, i again emailed and got an eager salesman phoning me back, i again gave him all my details and emailed him my policies - still havent heard! Its impossible to get insured with these guys even though they cold call us and spend millions on advertising!
