On Saturday morning, 6 July 2013 my wife's car broke down on the N1 near Durbanville. Within no time had Santam "SOS" line expedited a breakdown service to get the car home. They called a number of times during the process to ensure all was in order.
On Monday morning they arranged for the vehicle to be delivered to a workshop for repairs; once again everything ran like clockwork.
