I took out a VAP (Dent & scratch) with Budget, my car got a dent & bumper need to resprayed. I claimed and given a reference number went for assessment @Panel beaters. Then I discovered that Budget had billed me for two policies for 11 Months. I queried & was refunded R657.00, they promised to cancel 1 policy.
When I called to do a follow up on my claim which I have a reference I was told that both my policies were cancelled of which budget sent me policy documents on the 24th of June 2013 stating that my policy which started on the 1st of May 2012 is valid will continue to debit on the 26th of July 2013.
I have tried my level best to get through Budget and was transferred to 6 people twice who eventually drop my call.
What a bad service and breach of contract
