INTERNET BANKING RELIABLE??!

1. Each time I gain access to the ABSA Online Banking website, payments take far longer than they should because the website keeps logging me out.
2) E-mailed ABSA's tech support team at [Email Removed] on 21/06/13 at 11:34 - "Problem with accessing Internet Banking [EC: E0C7F064]". I had to phone in again because there was no response other than the auto reply message!
3) Today, within one hour, I was automatically logged out by the website 7 times, making it extremely difficult to pay my accounts. Furthermore, I had to go back into transactions to determine whether they had actually occurred. A few had not - the transaction had "failed" to go through. After what should have been a 30 minute exercise, I am sitting 3 hours later, battling to get back into the banking website to pay only ONE account!!! I cannot get in via Internet Explorer or Google Chrome. Main page is fine but logging in shows a flashing pane and a message: "transaction failed". Cannot get in no matter what. Again phoned in - call centre agent is not aware of website problem!!! E-mailed tech support again - "URGENT PLEASE!!! [EC: 7C9CFF94]".

What now???!!! I tired of this!! So much for fast safe banking
