Hi

I have been an FNB customer since December, I have been enjoying it but this month I am fed up and I am ready to find another bank. First thing I have a problem with is that I am on a Gold Cheque card why is it that my charges have gotten to R1000??? if they say you will pay R99??? I know one can get other charges but this is too much. And it only started now that my salary moved there. I usually have charges of around R350 which is still too much . 2 I got charges for R350 yesterday from where I do not know. If there are charges why deduct them all at once then and not every time I do the transaction??? Now I have an overdraft of R350 on my account. I have never experienced this with any other bank and I am honestly ready to pack my bags and go
