WHY STILL CALLING AND SPAM SMS'ing ME

I have tried repeatedly to resolve my SPAM and telephone issues with African Bank.

Peter Mashangoane assured me he would get to the bottom of this and sort it out on 17 May, he asked me to email him where the sms's and phone calls regarding outstanding accounts for other people (I do not and never have had an African Bank account) were coming from and to get info.

After OPTING OUT MORE THAN ONCE, I received the following sms's:

15 May @ 3:14PM and again 20 May @ 11:12AM
From number: 2782007079007216
Message: You could qualify for an Afrian Bank Credit Card of up to R40 000 to use for the things you need. To apply call 0861 262? 2852 today! Terms Apply. ReplyNO2OptOut

I replied NO to both sms' and then received another sms 30 May @ 10:29am saying I could settle my debt with a African Bank consolidated loan, call 0860333? 004!!

I then got another phone call on 22 May @ 08h06 from the number: 27102217000 again asking for another person. When I asked for info they put the phone down on me so now not only am I been phoned constantly but African Bank are RUDE to me!! I've had calls before 8am and late in the evening. Surely this is in Contravention of the Cons Protect Act.
