Unauthorised deduction on my account

I would like to complain abou FNB. FNB deducted money on my account without my authorisation. i have a gold cheque account with them and a personal loan. i took out a personal loan with FNB last year, which fell into arrears with a couple of months this year. FNB sent me an sms on 22 May 2013 remininding me of the arrears and i should pay or phone within 10 working days to make an arrangemnt. before the 10 working exprired, FNB went into my account on 31 May2013 and deducted R741., again on 1st June 2013 they deducted R2225 without my authorisation, leaving me with no money for rent, no money for transport to go to work, and no money for food. FNB does not have a righ to go into my account and do as they please without my authorisation! i need this money back into my account or else i will not be able to survive for the whole month. or i may have to close my account with FNB, this is a very poor service i am getting from FNB.
