Where shall I start. You never return calls or provide feedback. You never give any attention to any matter. I couldn't even get a will out of you guys. 4 matters were eventually resolved due to your non-responsiveness/inability to attend to any matter. I managed to either resolve the issues my self at great length without your assistance and on 1 occasion, forked out the money for legal assistance myself because it took you 3 months to get back to me. I would discourage CL to anyone and it is a complete waste of money, as a matter of fact you should be taken to task for false advertising. Just sad I wasted the years of premiums that I did.
