Please assist with this above Old Mutual policy
My mother Annah Ntladi born 1947 .07.16 took a policy in pretence that it's just a five year investment plan not a life time cover, she tried to cancel the policy on numerous occasion without any luck. The Consultant who was assisting her took advantage that she is a pensioner who doesn't know anything about investment or any financial background and never explained the terms of the investment.
Currently she is expected to pay Tax for the above policy which is unfair on a pensione
