I would like to send a compliment for the excellent serrvice that I got from Mojo from the support team though the query was financial but he tried directing me to the correct department as I struggled for the whole day and called 6 different numbers but no one was willing to assist me. Mojo is an asset to FNB and understands what customer service means unlike others that I spoke to. My query has not been resolved as yet but he made me feel better.
