Builder did`nt pay the deposit to the municipality
I am a resident at Village Green 2 from May 2011apparently the builder was supposed to pay a certain amount to the Municipality and he did not pay it. I only found out from the Municipality that I must pay R 13000 because i want to change to pre- paid electricity so i cannot change to pre-paid ...
