Almost 2 months, still no Wi-Fi
After Fastnet installed a Wi-Fi Router for us 2 months ago, we struggled 6 weeks for them to finalize it. Now no one can help us acquire a username/password, and Telkom have no idea what we are talking about when we phone them for it (as advised by Fastnet). All we get is "I don't know" ...
