No Debt collection experience in finance!!!
My 2012 account was handed over in April 2012 to Collect 4U, this being done for the whole of 2012 fees. My problem is that not even a phone call was made to me advising me that this will be done. Surely this is not the correct or procedure. I have been trying since March 2013 for this to be pulled ...
