Debiting my Account on a cancelled contract
In April my 8ta account was cancelled and I moved over to Telkom ADSA. In September I was billed for an 8ta account that I do not have. On the 25th September I sent an email to 8ta raising the complaint and I did receive a missed call from 'Nkuli' but the number she left was never answered (I tried ...
