Called in for part concerns after a flap fell off my vehicle. The phone was transferred at 8.45am. I could hear the phone being held to ones clothes or something with the scuffling and waited for what seems 10 minutes. Ridiculous. At least greet the customer and ask to hold. Pathetic service and ...
