I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER FOR MTN FOR THE LAST 8 YEARS. I NEED TO UPGRADE ON THE CELLPHONE THE 1ST OF FEB AND HAVE BEEN ADVISED THAT I HAVE TO PAY AN UPGRADE FEE.
