Despite committing to resolve customer complaints within 7 days, Vodacom has not bothered to resolve this since 26 August 2013! Promises of refunds and cancellations of contracts have come to nothing! Vodacom clearly regards themselves as a law unto themselves - I hope to never have to do business ...
