Failing to have TV fixed
I have a black line across my 55" 3D TV. (Second one last one was exchanged due to 3D glasses not working after 4 days). I sent in all my documents as required on Wednesday 8 Jan 14 via email. I was told within 48 hrs I would have Hisense at my house repairing my TV. After numerous phone calls ...
