After 4 YEARS they claim I owe them money
How convenient - i cancelled my contract in 2010! 2 emails sent to cancel and received no response. I would have expected someone to contact me by then to inform me that my account is in 'arrears' and assist me with my cancellation. In stead, 4 years later they decide to contact me out of the blue ...
