No feedback and bad attitude on NEDBANK'S MISTAKE
On the 31 Dec I bought a prepaid Vodacom Data bundle with internet baking future dated 1st Jan. 2nd: It still hadn't come through so I called customer care. I was told to wait 24 hours and see if it came through - possibly due to the public holiday. 3rd: Called again and the issue was 'escalated' ...
