Poor customer service & you can't cancel a contrac
I just want to express my disgust on the way ADT drives its business. I have e-mailed a cancellation order on January 6 to 3 different addresses within ADT (all existing). I got NO REPLY. Then 1 week later, on January 13, I finally got an e-mail from a certain Tanya Brand (ADT), confirming the ...
