SIM SWAP Woes
Got my new phone today, decided to call Cell C Direct @ 11:30 to activate my sim card so that i can use it. SIM SWAP details get done and by 17:00 still no sim swap has happened and i'm sitting with a dead phone. Phone the Call Centre again only to be told that this will only be done on monday!!! ...
