My Telkom ADSL line is fed from the Anerley exchange on the South Coast. My speed test indicates that my 1m/b line is only working at 13Kb/s. That's slower than the old dial-up 56Kb line. After reporting my fault I receive a SMS from Telkom saying my fault is resolved but the speed is still slower ...
