Can anyone assist into how to get out a a situation where you pay a couple of thousand rands to buy something (in this case holiday points) where the seller is not wiilling to take it back for free. Only after I bough it I realise that the cost of the yearly levies alone is often more than the holiday accomodation would have cost you without having "holiday Points". Once you have signed a contract it is like a live-long punishment and nobody cares. Are there any legal advice to get out of this contract without having to pay to do so.
