I accidently 'overcharged' myself by R 200 when booking my ticket.. I immediately sent out emails in a panic wondering if i will be able to get a refund.
No PROBLEM.. I was emailed and contacted and my R 200 refunded. Thanks Travelstart for your awesome way you handle you customers enquiries and the effiecient way you resolve issues!!
