Multiple Levy deductions, R10453 in October alone

I made a timeshare booking for Mabula for 8-15 August 2014, in order to secure the booking I was told to pay R3410 then a further R4010, however a further R1136 then R70 then R1154 is being deducted every month since then, This a amounts to a payment of R10 453 during October alone!
It seems to be impossible to contact their call center on 087 8052500, their automatic system simply puts youon hold then finally and frustratingly cuts you off.
The multiple deductions continue every month since August 2013
