Good day

We have been battling with Flexi Club for nearly 3 months. We have been in contact and trying to get hold of Rodger at the Canal Walk branch. We Firstly did not want to sign with Flexi Club, but we feel that we were bamboozled. We have been contacting various people. Rodger at Canal Walk always says we must call back, or they take our numbers, but NEVER call back. We don't want to fight, we just want to cancel our membership, and they say yes. But then money keeps on getting deducted from my fiance's account. I was told to contact Kia, at the CANAL WALK branch, she took my details, 3 weeks ago, and I am still waiting for her to call back. Its rather pathetic customer service. When we were there, they showed us all these awards and certificates, which now means nothing to us, because they are not interested in people. But just about making money. And I hate feeling good enough just for my money, but no after care, no genuine interest, in us after money is debited. We just want to cancel our membershi with Flexi Club. It has left a bad taste in our lives.
