I have paid through debt collector but it seems like my payments are going to another account. I want to know how much am I owing, since I have learnt that you owe regardless of whether you have used the service or not. Which reference number to use, as it seems I have two reference numbers. And to cancel this account as this is my biggest financial regret, not to mention that as much as I said I will think about it before signing up, I was put under extreme pressure by the consultant. Can somebody please help me as the debt collectors are unable to help.
