So, in the past two hours I've accomplished the following:
I tried booking a return flight. Other than one of the pages not loading properly, it was painless. Until I got to payments. Entered my card details and "Oops! There was an error. Please try again". I tried again. Didn't work, same error message. I used another card. Still didn't work. Tried another computer/browser... still didn't work (THAT also annoyed me, because I got a better rate using a different browser... but could have been the eternity that passed trying to get the ticket). I decided to give up. But here's the best part: I checked my email and I now have R10, 000 in charges from Kulula. But still no ticket.

It gets better! I emailed them on the number listed on their site AND IT BOUNCED (the email doesn't exist).
Pathetic.

Ultimatum to Kulula: 10:3pm on Sept 5th 2013. If you don't resolve this, get me my return ticket (while we're at it, how's about a bump to business class for all the time wasted?) and reverse those payments in 12 hours, there are five costly chargebacks coming your way. Kapeesh? Come on, you guys are better than this.
