Toursim Grading Council Sa
No response to valid requests after 6 weeks

I am in the process of putting together a project for British Airways in the UK which requires certain standards from accommodation establishments and as such have been seeking the advice of the Tourism Grading Council. I have been trying to contact the relevant person Mr Thekiso Rakoljane for 6 weeks now. I have left countless messages on his direct line voice mail and sent upwards of five emails and have had no response. I have escalated the issue to Ms Thembi Kunene but this has also failed to produce a response. One can't but help wonder as to the usefulness of this organisation.
