Translux/City To City
Stopping on Highway to pick up passengers

I would like to lodge this complaint towards City to City.

On Saterday 22 June 2013 I was on my way back from a School event in Johannesburg.

At 10:31 a Bus with the Reg ZBH 261 GP, bus no 4795H decided to stop in the second from left lane on the highway to pick up passengers that were waiting on the side of the road just passed the Olifantsfontein on-ramp to the Ben Schoeman Freeway North.

The bus decided to stop and when i went to the left to avoid an accident the bus just came into my lane and i ran into the back of the bus.

After the bus and myself got to the yellow lane i got out to discus the matter.
The driver of the bus Mnr Caibhus Chauke got out and spread his arms asking me 'whats your problem, whats your problem'.

I walked over to him to explain that he cannot stop on the highway like this and that what he did was wrong, he then said no he wanted to switch of the heater of the bus because the bus was busy getting very hot.

We exchanged details right there and then.

After that i proceeded to phone the customer care line to report the incedent and there was no aswer when i phoned them at 12:04. After that i wrote and email and no reply to me yet.
