Misrepresented by not providing all information

We attended a sitting with them on 16th February 2013 and was not duly informed of all the costs involved.

When making a booking recently I discovered that I have to pay thousands for accommodation fees. We were not informed of these costs.

We feel that we were ill informed about all the costs involved, which would have made the difference in our accepting and signing the agreement, or not. And we're sure your sales staff are all well aware of this fact.

Also we were not given the opportunity to scrutinise the small print and was told that the "offer" is valid for that day only and we will miss out on the "special" being offered.

With regard to the small print of the agreement, we are sure that you are all well aware how these marketing sessions are presented. They simply don't give you the time to read all the small print and it's not as if we are legal experts by any means. We DID ask to take the contract home first to read and get a legal opinion on, but this was refused.

We simply won't be able to make use of this holiday system as the additional were just not what we expected.
