On the 20/03/13 I booked a city 2 City at Shoprite Bethlehem to go to PE, reason was my husband was admited to hospital, after 20min of the family called and said he is being transfered to Queenstown, I went back to shoprite to change the town from PE to queenstown, they charged me a penalty of R100, I paid at FNB, then 30min after I decided to take my child with to the hospital, I went back to Shopritem they refused and said they only allow children from 1yr, then I decided to cancell the whole trip, I paid R730 for 2 tickets, nw I have called their call center so many times and they gave me the customer service number in Joburg which no one ansewers, they said the tickets can be used within 3month, but i dont need them my husband died the same day, i will never go to PE or Queenstw again, i want to be refunded.
