JUST info needed

Hi and thank you telkom we did pay our telkom account but still received bills and we cancelled our telkom account ages ago and just recently we did receive a sms that telkom did let some lawyer company handle the case i have no idea whats going on cause my cousin did pay the account longtime that i opened for her can you just please look into it and thank you for your great service telkom always replied fast to my problems and that was good service towards me so i hope u can help me thank you about this case we paid ages ago
