Once again i have been shoved from one department to another. My google talk is not working on my new handset ever since i received it. I have un-installed and re-installed, re-booted the device and still nothing. The 2 people that i spoke to at Data support could not help me and asked me to phone Blackberry directly, which i did, but they asked me to go through my service provider. What is the point in having a service provider if they cannot assist and why should i be phoning around from one department to another to get assistance. Can this not be done by Nashua mobile??? Is this not one of the services that you offer???
