Continued Cell C Network Problems

This has been going on for the past few days. Full strength and connected to 3G but no throughput, or 0.1Kbps if I'm lucky.

Call centre has no idea about any problems on the network, and say that no one has called in about my area Durban North until I remind them that I've actually lodged a fault (which I had to do twice, as the first time it just somehow vanished). I was told that they get round to looking into it in about 7 days. Which is absolutely pathetic.

I've been told repeatedly like I'm that I must reset my modem. I've tested my sim in multiple devices all have no internet in this area. I've tested in other areas where it works fine. So the problem is not with my hardware.

What infuriates me even more is that I'm told I must roam onto Vodacom if I'm having problems, this is after telling them I have the 200GB sim which you cannot roam with. So I bought a normal prepaid sim hoping that I could roam onto Vodacom which I could, but only 2G. After following up as to why I can't connect to 3G I was told the agreement with Vodacom is 2G only... So is [URL Removed] is lying bit.ly/T6gekz??

EVERYONE, STAY AWAY IT'S CHEAPER FOR A REASON!
